Secured documentation
VAS-II® creates all essential shipping documents automatically, which are available for the driver firsthand directly at the exit-terminal. The complete internal documentation provides a backtracking of the process that is 100%. All process-details are logged according to the recording stage (1 - 7). Within the highest level, not only all entries of the driver are recorded with date and time, but also all signals, responses and intern process data are saved.
The possibility of cutting costs sustainably
VAS-II® reduces the loading time, lowers waiting time of transport vehicles and minimizes error rates that can arise through manual entries at the same time. Through including all orders, status of the stock and facilities into automated dispatch system the productivity can be increased considerably.
24h-dispatch without human interaction
VAS-II® enables fully automated dispatch of bulk cargo for the first time without any human intervention. Through comprehensive controls of weight, vehicle data and movement data, error manipulations are practically prevented. Either the driver enters relevant instruction data or the complete dataset is entered via pre-disposition by dispatchers or through internet by the clients or carriers. All shipping documents are produced by the system fully automated.
Simple operation of the system
VAS-II® can be used very easy. Touch screens and graphic illustrations ensure a rapid and high acceptance at practice.
