Being a specialist for tailored solutions in the fields of process measuring and control technology, Rudolf Berthold Ges.m.b.H. develops and ministers various projects for notable companies worldwide. It stands to reason that our entire company, including software-development, is ISO 9001:2000 certified.

Our quality management system (QMS) includes all requirements that are related to the company by ISO 9001:2008. It is based upon the corresponding technichal standards as well as the appropriate customer demands. Our customers are in the center of our QMS: Customer satisfaction is the result of our work. This includes a constant improvement of our processes, continuously trained employees, certified suppliers, products that fulfill all industrial standards, friendly demeanor as well as competent contact persons. Hence quality politics marks the basis of our actions. Only then it is possible to develop the best systems and problem solutions for our customers and put it into practice successfully.

In order to define all requirements in qualitative sense standardized and structured, our quality management handbook and all other connected documents provide to be the guide for the intern tasks of all operating areas. The management of our company has committed to implement this quality management system and throught this assigns that it has to be followed by every employee of the company.
