Maintenance contracts – individual and efficient

Tailored to our customer's specific demands, we offer the following maintenance services, based upon the „common terms for maintenance of devices and systems from the fields of data systems and industrial automation.

Maintenance and repairing contracts

In addition to the preventive checks, all necessary repairing are performed within a guaranteed reaction time, whereas the contracts are individually (from both the reaction time and with or without changing material) configurable.

Full maintenance contracts

include service. support and maintenance performance and following services are covered by a flat rate:

  • Continuous maintenance with preventative changes of the expendable parts like filters, lamps and so on, as well as cleaning of the plant components (like cabinets)
  • 24h hotline-support with assistance of the ongoing business
  • Repair  even during night, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays within a guaranteed reaction time
  • Full spare parts keeping and obligation to supply without any costs
  • Execution of all legal check ups (like callibrations including callibration fees) without any additional costs, as well as adjustments or controls of the threshold voltage,temperatures ..... (partially seasonably caused)
  • Softwareu pdate and upgrade for the full life  cycle of a system on the last enabled VAS-II® -software-version, whereas upgrades of operating systems and data base versions that result from that will be done without costs as well.
Our full maintenance contracts guarantee you an exactly calculable maintenance costs of your plants for many years. Our trained expertly trained experts and technicians are familiar with the plants and assure a quick and competent problem solving. 

Because of continuous check ups of the plants, a bug can be discovered before the system fails and change can be planned. So unexpected breakdowns can be avoided and downtimes can be reduced.
