Berthold supports AQUA program

AQUA (job-related qualification) is the short name for a funded training model offered by the Public Employment Service in Lower Austria.

The aim of the program is to provide job seekers with practical training through to apprenticeship.
We are pleased that we were able to offer a traineeship in our company and welcome the apprentice. We will actively support him in his teaching as part of the AQUA program.

An AQUA apprenticeship offers many advantages not only to the trainee but also to the companies: In a shortened apprenticeship, interns are trained in a targeted and practical way within half the apprenticeship.

Berthold needs dedicated employees with system thinking. The program AQUA offers an excellent opportunity to get to know a potential employee during the training phase.
We mean: a win-win situation!

Back from the maternity leave

She was our good soul even before the birth of her children – since the beginning of June 2019 she strengthens our team with her friendly nature:

Barbecue

Celebrate the summer together:
With glorious sunshine and midsummer temperatures, Berthold’s team and their families gathered at the company premises at the end of June around the barbecues. Actually around a whole grill landscape.

Specially dedicated, trained grill masters, equipped with professional equipment, surprised us with exceptional and traditional fare. So the extensive grill menu was a special treat.

The steadily growing crowd of children could clearly enjoy the afternoon and the party could end in a relaxed atmosphere until the evening.
