Loads of fans, eight hobby football teams, two goals and one ball created spectacular scenes at the tournament which, at times, boasted quality only normally found in the Bundesliga. The event provided players and fans alike with excitement and a well-deserved break from their daily workload – other members of our staff were also there to enjoy the action.

Ing. Thomas Braun, Joachim Berthold, Martin Grill, and Christoph Janeczek all took to the pitch to represent our company. The Berthold team line-up was completed by friends and family of the company.
Herr Ing. Christian Hauser acted as team coach and filmed the on-pitch action for later analysis.

Ing. Richard Koslik, acting in his capacity as team photographer, took superb pictures of all of the action.
Further support for the team came from Christian Braun from the Waste Water Association Wiener Neustadt, long-standing customers of our company.

Extra thanks as well to our “12th man”

In addition to our unique support team, we also had the biggest and loudest fan base around which certainly contributed to the success of the RB team.
Thanks must also go to our management team: this year, Rudolf Berthold Ges.m.b.H. gave the team additional motivation by becoming jersey sponsors for the team.

The day’s results speak for themselves, two draws, one win and one defeat. Overall winners on the day were team spirit, enjoyment and fun that everyone had outside of their working environment.
