Expansion of the pumping station in Eplény/Hungary

In 2006, Rudolf Berthold Ges.m.b.H implemented a control system built in relay technology of the pumping station of the snow system in Eplény, much to the satisfaction of their customers. The result of the project guaranteed a secure operation of the system, even under the most-badweather conditions.

In order to cater for the growing requirements of the pumping station in Eplény, the control system for the existing pumping station was expanded.
From 2013 onwards, a 90 kW intermediate pump will support the backing and main pumps with extra pressure.

A new control cabinet houses switches and softstarters, as well as thermistor signalling.
The existing control cabinet will be expanded on site with a flow monitoring system and with FU frequency inverters.
