Standardization of control technology

The preparatory work for this project, which includes the entire plant, is already underway, so that in a short time the ready-mixed mortar plant in Sira? will be at the cutting edge of control technology.

This project is therefore an important step towards a standardization of the control systems used at Wietersdorfer & Peggauer: The existing Binder (sand preparation) and M-Tec (metering & mixing facility) systems are exchanged for the latest hardware release, but also the logistics control system VAS-II in Sira?, which has been working to full satisfaction for many years, is upgraded to the now also repeatedly proven new development BLS.

This major project includes the central recording and control of production planning, production control and the stock levels. An interface for financial accounting as well as for optimal traceability through ongoing batch records and appropriate reporting is included. As customary with production planning systems made by Rudolf Berthold Ges.m.b.H, this system will allow for ongoing economic optimization of the entire system.
