CONSIDERATION OF STRONG FLUCTUATING VEHICLES
In order for the processes to function safely and unmanned even with heavily fluctuating vehicles, it is possible with BLS to create order forms with a printed barcode.
These can be sent in advance and thus serve the driver for secure identification on paper, but also via smartphone.
PLANT NETWORKING
The use of the comprehensive BLS logistics control system is of particular interest, above all when the operator operates several plants in a region. Then weighings and quality controls to increase efficiency can be summarized and evaluations and settlements can be centralized.
BLS offers the plant-to-plant module. In this way, activities of supervisors of a plant can be carried out in all integrated plants. In addition, customer-related quantity recording and the associated parameters are brought together in one central location and can thus be handled and documented together with all operating sites.
Even plants that are not integrated into the overall system, where automation does not pay for themselves, can be retraced in terms of data and thus also billed together with the automated plants.
