With over 110,000 visitors from 185 countries, the IFAT Entsorga has become a world-wide exhibition for the water, waste water, waste and raw materials industry.

This was shown through the number of international exhibitors and visitors. In addition to the comprehensive representation of the water and waste water purification, sewer cleaning and maintenance and road cleaning and winter services sectors, this year saw a significant development in the representation from the waste collection and management sector as well as the waste incineration sector.

The areas of recycling and raw materials management were also represented at the exhibition, as well as the booming market of renewable energies such as photovoltaic and other technologies. In addition to all of these products, there was also an area for industry service providers including measurement, control and regulation technology, as well as software providers.

We got a good overview of current and future technology at the exhibition which will enable us to provide optimum support for our customers in the implementation of numerous products. As part of the exhibition, we were able to have many interesting conversations which enabled us to expand our international network.

In addition, the Austrian evening took place at the exhibition stand of the Austrian Water and Waste Management Association (Österreichischen Wasser- und Abfallwirtschaftsverband) on 15.09.2010. This evening event created the perfect opportunity to make new contacts away from the hustle and bustle of the exhibition, as well as to round off the exhibition with excellent catering and interesting conversations.
